We Can Do It! is an American propaganda poster produced in 1943, during the Second World War, by J. Howard Miller for Westinghouse Electric, as part of a campaign to re-motivate female employees. The poster was wrongly based on a black and white photograph of a worker called Geraldine Doyle working in a factory in Michigan, but in reality it was Naomi Parker, who was working on the assembly line at the Alameda Naval Air Station in California at the time.
